These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Vegas Hero, operated by Win Top Ltd. By registering an account and using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

Deposits, Bonuses, and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit required to fund your account is £20, and the minimum withdrawal amount is likewise £20. When you activate a bonus, your real-money balance will be used before any bonus funds. Any bonus balance is subject to a wagering requirement of 40 times the bonus amount before a withdrawal can be processed. During any period in which a bonus is active, individual bets must not exceed £5. Attempting to circumvent wagering requirements — for example, by placing offsetting bets or exploiting game weightings in a manner inconsistent with normal play — may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Withdrawals are typically processed within 0 to 24 hours of a valid request, subject to completion of any applicable verification checks. We may request documentation to confirm your identity, address, or payment method before releasing funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in delays or, where fraud is suspected, suspension of the withdrawal.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: operating multiple accounts, engaging in collusion with other players, using automated software or tools to interact with our platform, and any form of fraudulent activity. We monitor accounts for irregular patterns and reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these rules. Where a breach is confirmed, we may recover any funds obtained as a result of that breach.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify you in advance. Continued use of Vegas Hero following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you have a dispute regarding the application of these terms, you should contact our support team in the first instance. We will aim to resolve complaints fairly and within a reasonable timeframe through our internal process.
